Smart, flexible living with the Kingsley design at Blueheath
A flexible, future-ready design, the Kingsley at Blueheath at the Bower offers smart two-bedroom living with the added bonus of a multi-purpose room.

Key figures in finance, design and leadership will come together in Newcastle later this month as Principle Living hosts Crafting Your Retirement, a free community event exploring how Australians are redefining retirement, downsizing and life after work.
Taking place on Friday, 29 May from 1pm at Newcastle Yacht Club, guests will hear from respected finance commentator Michael Pascoe, architect and interior designer Angelique Perak and Newcastle Knights Head Coach Justin Holbrook as they talk about navigating into a new stage of life.
The event will provide practical insights into financial wellbeing, purposeful living, resilience and designing a lifestyle that supports connection, independence and long-term confidence.
Mr Pascoe, one of Australia’s most recognised finance and economics commentators, says many Australians are beginning to approach downsizing and retirement differently.
“In retirement, you don’t want to be constantly worrying about money, so thinking about what to do with your biggest asset is very sensible,” he said.
Angelique Perak, Director of Studio Duo and a long-term collaborator of Principle Living, says retirement living is increasingly becoming about flexibility, lifestyle and creating homes that evolve with people over time.
Justin Holbrook, who recently returned to the Hunter region, will speak on resilience, mindset and navigating major life transitions, themes he says increasingly resonate with Australians approaching retirement who are considering what they want their next chapter to look like.
Crafting Your Retirement is free to attend, with guests also entering the draw to win a luxury Hunter Valley escape featuring accommodation, golf and dining experiences.
