This partnership is a cornerstone of our MyRetirement Care Navigation service - connecting residents with the right provider, delivering the right supports, at the right time, without the stress of navigating the system alone.
Our Principle Living team will walk you through how the home care system works, what's available and what it could mean for you.
For your convenience a dedicated BaptistCare Care Advisor attends our Blueheath Care Hub on a regular basis for scheduled consultations. You can book an appointment to discuss your needs, ask questions and explore what support might be right for you.
BaptistCare will assist you in registering with My Aged Care and navigating the government funding process, helping you access the services and programs you're entitled to.
When you choose your provider of choice, an agreed suite of services and support will be delivered directly in your home. With BaptistCare, that will be a team of regular, familiar staff who offer support from everyday assistance through to clinical and allied health care.
Specialist Care Advisor on-site: A dedicated BaptistCare representative attends the Care Hub on a fortnightly basis for scheduled My Aged Care consultations and support.
Access to government-funded services: A wide range of services are available through government funding, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, personal care, clinical nursing and allied health - with priority access for urgent needs.
Familiar, regular staff: A dedicated team of care staff are assigned to the community to provide continuity and consistency of care.
Direct local contact: Residents have a direct phone line to BaptistCare's local Hunter office for scheduling changes or to reach their care coordinator.
Your choice, always: Residents are free to use the Care Hub and BaptistCare's advisory services while still choosing their own preferred home care provider for service delivery. There is no financial arrangement between Principle Living and BaptistCare, the partnership is built entirely around better outcomes for residents.
