With 50 years of experience in construction and property development, Jeff McCloy has established a strong presence in the Hunter area and is widely recognised for his innovative approach and business acumen.
Leading the charge in the construction of John Hunter hospital – the McCloy Group’s biggest building project to date, the restoration of the heritage listed City Exchange and the creation of numerous inspiring residential community neighbourhoods, Jeff is widely recognised as an outspoken advocate for bringing development and prosperity to the city of Newcastle and continues to bring this level of hope and pride to Principle Living.

With 36 years of experience in commercial, retail, residential and retirement living sectors, John Stevens is a forward-thinking industry leader. Leading the Stevens Group, John partnered with the Glen Group in the 90s and created the benchmark for future retirement villages.
Their first joint venture project was Glengara Village, which received several esteemed accolades for bringing a ‘resort lifestyle’ concept to life, most notably winning the National Award of Best Retirement Village in Australia in 2005.
