Discover space, comfort and convenience with the Stockton at Blueheath
A spacious, move-in-ready home, the Stockton offers the comfort of a larger design with the ease of low-maintenance living – and it’s available now at Blueheath!

For Robyn Reynolds, moving to Blueheath at the Bower has been about so much more than just finding a new home. She has rediscovered connection, gained confidence and found a lifestyle that feels just right.
Having relocated from the Hawkesbury to the Hunter region to be closer to family, Robyn began exploring retirement communities after her husband John sadly passed away.
“I fell in love with Blueheath as soon as I drove through the gate,” Robyn said.
“I metDavid and Adam and they were amazing,” she said. “They were so generous with their time, and I just felt very welcome straight away.”
That sense of feeling welcome has stayed with Robyn since the first day she moved into Blueheath around 10 months ago.
“Everyoneis so friendly and there are so many things to do,” she said. “I feel safe here, I feel that people care about me – this is home.”
Setwithin attractive landscaped grounds and surrounded by the natural environment of Medowie, Blueheath offered the scale and setting Robyn was looking for.
“It’s a bit smaller than some of the other places I saw, and it’s just so beautiful,”she said.
Since moving in, Robyn has embraced the social side of community living, quickly becoming involved in a range of activities and groups.
Not long after arriving, she was invited to join the Bluebelles singing group –something she has thoroughly enjoyed.
“One of the residents asked me if I sing, and I said I can carry a tune,” she said.
The group has already performed for fellow residents and is planning more performances in the future, adding another layer of connection within the community.
Robyn has also begun exploring new interests, including Mahjong, and is planning to take up lawn bowls with the help of resident coach Brad Grant.
“I’m looking forward to giving bowls a go,” she said.
Beyond organised activities, it’s often the simple, everyday moments that make the biggest difference.
Robyn’s much-loved dog Milo has become something of a local celebrity, accompanying heron daily walks around the village.
“Everyone knows Milo,” she said. “People stop and say hello — it’s lovely.”
An active and adventurous person, Robyn continues to enjoy travelling and pursuing her passion for scuba diving, regularly heading to locations such as Jervis Bay to spend time in the water.
“The water is my happy place,” she said.
With Blueheath located just 30 minutes from the coast, she can easily combine her love of the outdoors with the convenience of community living.
Robyn has also recently joined the Blueheath gardening group, adding another way to connect with neighbours and contribute to the shared environment.
For her, the decision to move to Blueheath has been a positive and rewarding one.
“This was the nicest village I saw,” she said. “It’s just perfect for me and Milo.”
And while life continues to evolve, Robyn says she knows she has found the right place to call home.
“I wouldn’t live anywhere else.”
