Say hello to our village and sales manager Adam Lubinski

Adam Lubinski is often the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting our flagship Blueheath at the Bower retirement in Medowie.

If you’ve ever visited Blueheath at the Bower, chances are you’ve already met Adam Lubinski. As both Village Manager and Sales Manager, Adam is usually the first person you will see when visiting this Principle Living community.

This unique dual role means Adam is with you every step of the way – from the very first meeting and village tour, to signing your contract, moving in, and enjoying everything life at Blueheath has to offer.

“As Sales Manager, I’m responsible forguiding people through the buying and downsizing journey, which can sometimesbe a big decision for older Australians to make,” Adam said.

“This role requires a lot of trust and understanding because we’re not just selling someone a home, we’re offering a whole new lifestyle with many other benefits such as more freedom, connection and companionship,” he said.

“As Village Manager, I then have the privilege of getting to know each resident after they move in, participating in village events, and just sharing a chat and a laugh with them.”

Moving to Principle Living was a major career change for Adam, who previously spent many years working in the wine industry, managing sales teams and travelling around Australia.

“I’ve always had a good rapport with people and was attracted to the idea of managing a village and spending time with residents,” he said.

“This generation have already done the hard yards – built families, had long careers and contributed to the community – so they’ve reached a stage of life where it’s time to relax and enjoy the rewards.

“My job provides the opportunity to help with that and make this stage of their lives as easy and happy as possible.”

Adam arrived at Blueheath in 2022 and has seen the completion of new stages, the opening of the village’s luxury clubhouse and the arrival of many new residents.

With construction of the final homes in Stage 7 now underway, he is also looking forward to seeing Blueheath fully completed in 2026.

“Conditions have been great for building over the past few months with plenty of dry weather, so our final 19 homes should be ready for occupancy by around the middle of next year,” Adam said.

“I can’t wait for the celebration we’ll have when Blueheath is finished – it will be very exciting!”
